We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Curriculum Developer & Instructor

We are looking for a full-time Curriculum Developer & Instructor to join our team!

As a Curriculum Developer, you will:

  • Research and execute best practices in curriculum development and technology education
  • Plan and develop curriculum for courses in our Basics roadmap (ages 7-12), in close collaboration with Technical Leads
  • Design, refine and maintain instructional materials, such as lesson plans, worksheets, slides, and code projects
  • Train and onboard new instructors to deliver our curriculum with a high quality of instruction

As an Instructor, you will:

  • Instruct and deliver curriculum to students, guided by the Code Campus ethos and curriculum philosophy
  • Engage parents and provide post-class feedback on student performance
  • Gather feedback from both students and parents, in and out of class, to continually refine and enhance the curriculum to achieve better student outcomes

Are you the teammate we're looking for?

You are passionate about education, love teaching kids between the ages of 7-12, and believe that technology can empower kids to build a better future. You relish the challenge of structuring your students' learning journey in an emergent field to best meet their learning needs and ensure they get the best tech education possible.

You are creative and have a real flair for designing thoughtful and engaging learning experiences. You are also meticulous, organised, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. And last but not least, you are a great team player who's friendly, energetic and always willing to try something new!

You have/are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development and/or instructional design
  • A degree in Science, Mathematics or Engineering fields (Coding experience a plus but not required)
  • An excellent command of the English language
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to working during weekends

Teaching Instructors (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We're looking for instructors to spread the love of coding and inspire our youth to harness technology in pursuit of their dreams!

If you are:

  • An experienced educator with a strong desire to learn more about technology OR
  • An experienced programmer with an interest in teaching and interacting with kids and teens
  • Fluent in English and good at communicating your ideas
  • A great team player who's friendly, energetic and always willing to try something new

For Part-Timers:

  • Able to commit at least 3 hours per weekend for at least 3 months OR
  • Able to commit at least 3 hours daily from Monday to Fridays during local school holiday periods for at least 3 weeks
